Duties & Responsibilities:

• 2-3 years post admission experience; familiarity with Malaysian Court practices and procedures, Rules of Court 2012 and standard legal concepts
• Researching and analyzing the law on complex issues; preparing written opinions and submissions for client, court or arbitrator
• Drafting pleadings and other written statements, appearing in court, arbitration or other judicial tribunal; advocacy
• Reviewing complex legal documents, performing discovery, compiling and organizing documents
• Managing multiple files, corresponding with client and performing a variety of tasks under supervision
