Wong & Partners

The programme begins with a three-day induction where you will learn about our Firm and our business, our systems and our culture. After induction, you will start your rotation and each rotation lasts for six (6) or eight (8) weeks under each of the four (4) main practice groups of the firm.

During your rotation, you will be developing and honing your legal skills and will have the opportunity to assist with drafting, legal research, preparing documentation and bundles. You will also have the opportunity to attend case managements and trials, and participate in client meetings and calls, and other adhoc tasks. Occasionally, you may also attend in-house and external trainings and seminars.

After each rotation, feedback will be shared with you, to promote your personal and professional growth. Upon completion of all four (4) rotations, you may focus more on your preferred practice area until your pupillage ends,and will also have a discussion on your retention after pupillage.

You will have a Pupil Master who will be your sounding board, to help and guide you along your pupillage journey. Furthermore, as part of our 'Young Talent Committee' initiative to ensure the welfare of our pupils is looked after, we will have associates from each Practice Group who will play a buddy role while you are attached to their PG.

Finally, you are welcome to join in on all our social, community outreach and wellness events, which we host from time to time.
