Description: Responsible for handling/maintaining a portfolio of clients, including establishment of various forms of entities, attending to corporate secretarial assignments, applications etc.  To organise billings and monitor outstanding invoices.  To assist partners and lawyers on ad-hoc assignments where necessary.

Main responsibilities:

• Attending to corporate secretarial maintenance work on portfolio of clients
• Attending to applications to various authorities on ad-hoc basis
• Assisting on restructuring exercises
• Assisting partners and lawyers where necessary
• Monitoring billings

 Skills and experience: 

• Candidate must be a MAICSA graduate
• 3 years and above of experience in corporate secretarial practice
• Working knowledge of companies listed on Bursa Malaysia and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's Listing Requirements would be an advantage
• Should be resourceful, independent, have good communication and interpersonal skills
• An excellent command of written and spoken English
• Candidate must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and have a high level of initiative
• Proficient in MS office application
• Proficient in BASIS software is an advantage
• Good team player and able to work closely with clients, lawyers and support staff
• Must be willing to work in KL
• Candidates should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
• Full time position only
• Required language(s): English
